Welcome to Angie’s Laundry Service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Services Provided

 

Angie’s Laundry Service offers residential and commercial laundry services,      including (but not limited to) wash and fold, pick-up, and delivery. Dry cleaning is outsourced to third-party providers and is offered as a drop-off/pick-up convenience only. 

 

2. Pick-Up & Delivery

 

 

  • Customers must have laundry ready at the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Angie’s Laundry Service is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address, inaccessible locations, or customer absence.

  • Missed pick-ups or deliveries may incur a rescheduling fee.

 

3. Garment Care & Handling

 

 

  • Laundry is washed and dried according to standard fabric care practices. If you have special instructions, they must be provided in writing with each order.

  • Angie’s Laundry Service is not responsible for damage resulting from:

     

    • Preexisting garment conditions (e.g., tears, stains, weakened fabric)

    • Non-washable or delicate items placed in standard laundry bags

    • Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lipsticks)

4. Lost or Damaged Items

 

 

  • We take great care with your garments, but in the rare case of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the fair market value of the item (with proof of purchase), not exceeding $50 per order.

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Dry Cleaning (Outsourced)

 

 

  • Angie’s Laundry Service is not the direct provider of dry cleaning services. All dry cleaning is handled by third-party professionals.

  • We are not liable for any damage, delay, or loss related to outsourced dry cleaning services.

 6. Payment & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other digital platforms.

  • Unpaid balances may result in suspended service and/or collection action.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us of any schedule changes at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Repeat no-shows may result in service suspension.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

 

 

We respect your privacy. Personal information will only be used to process your service, communicate with you, and improve your customer experience. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

9. Right to Refuse Service

 

 

Angie’s Laundry Service reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for reasons including (but not limited to) unsafe conditions, harassment, or repeated late payments.

10. Modifications

 

 

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
