At Angie’s Laundry Service, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality care and convenience with every load. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or service credits may be issued under the following circumstances:

 

  • Missing Items: If laundry items are confirmed missing after our internal investigation.

  • Damaged Items: If damage to clothing or belongings is clearly due to our handling or process.

  • Service Errors: If a customer was charged incorrectly or if the wrong service was performed.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds for the following:

 

  • Normal wear and tear (including shrinkage, color fading, or loose threads).

  • Stains that could not be removed despite best efforts.

  • Items that were not listed or disclosed on your service intake form.

  • Items picked up or dropped off outside the agreed time or location.

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund or service review:

 

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Email us at info@angieslaundry.com or call (443) 300-7206.

We will respond within 3 business days and, if approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or a service credit may be issued.
