Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking & Deposit A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward your total service balance. 💳 Payment The remaining 90% balance is due upon completion of service, made through Zelle info@angieslaundryservice.com or invoice with any major credit/debit card. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans can change. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment, subject to availability. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit or payment arrangement for future bookings. 🏠 Preparing for Your Appointment Please ensure closets, drawers, and designated service areas are accessible before your appointment. Remove or secure valuables, cash, jewelry, important documents, medications, electronics, and sentimental items you do not want handled. Please identify items requiring special care or items that should not be moved, organized, folded, donated, or discarded. 👚 Organization & De-cluttering Our service focuses on refreshing and organizing your selected spaces. Angie’s Laundry Service LLC will not automatically discard, donate, or remove personal belongings. Final decisions regarding what to keep, donate, or discard remain with the client unless otherwise agreed upon. 🐾 Safety Pets should be secured as needed during service. Angie’s Laundry Service reserves the right to pause or discontinue service if unsafe conditions, hazardous materials, aggressive animals, excessive clutter, or other conditions prevent safe completion of the appointment. 📸 Photos With your permission, before-and-after photos may be taken for marketing, social media, website, portfolio, or quality-control purposes. Personal or identifying information will not intentionally be included without permission. 🤝 Client Agreement By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy, including the 10% non-refundable deposit, cancellation/rescheduling requirements, payment terms, and client responsibilities.
