🧺 Angie’s Laundry Service – Booking Policy We’re here to make laundry day easier! Please review our booking policy below to ensure smooth and reliable service every time. 📅 1. Booking Appointments Book online, by phone, or email. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. Contact info is required to confirm bookings. ✅ 2. Appointment Confirmation You’ll receive a confirmation by text or email. Please double-check your booking and contact us right away if anything needs to change. 🔄 3. Changes & Cancellations Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Same day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $28 fee for In-Home Services and $25 for Wash & Fold services. 🚪 4. Missed Pickups or Deliveries If your laundry isn’t ready or no one’s available, a $25 missed service fee may apply. We’ll try to reschedule within 24 hours when possible. ⏱️ 5. Turnaround Time Standard return time is 48 hours. Need it faster? Ask us about same-day or express service (extra fee may apply). 💳 6. Payment Policy Payment is due at delivery or when service has ended. Customers will be notified by email and or text when service has ended. We accept major credit/debit cards and other digital payments. 📍 7. Service Areas We currently serve [Howard County, Prince George's, Anne Arundel, Montgomery County] Live outside our 15 mile service area? Additional fees may apply or service may not be available.
